Preparation for Infant Baptism is an integral part of welcoming the child and it's parents into the family of the church. We prepare parents by initially having a discussion with Father Tony. This is followed by a meeting after Mass with the Baptism Catechist. The session covers practical considerations such as what is contained in the service, as well as more spiritual elements about having a baby Baptised, the symbols used for example. The sessions are run in an inviting friendly way and aim to welcome both child and parents into our faith family.
